On How to Use this Forum.......

I have just located this string.. http://www.innertraveler.com/messagecenter/showthread.php?t=886 under the problems section, and wondered if in fact it would be helpful to copy it also into the other main heading about Using this Message Centre?

I was looking inside the latter and found that the reference only to the search facility - or under faq - didn't help as for starters, you have to know what to key in first of all. It wasn't until I finally asked the question and got the answer I needed that I found the necessary help. If this string had been inside the Using this Message Centre heading (I think that's what it's called?), I would probably have sussed it out more quickly.

There is a link to this in the "how to use this message center" forum - entitled "How to use the Forums"! All you have to do is click the link, and you are taken right to the thread. It saved putting the same thread in several different forums, as not everyone goes to that particular form, but often goes straight to the pub or Q/P/S forum for info. :nod:

Do you know, I could have sworn that last time I looked, the second message said if there was anything we needed to know, please ask - I didn't see that link at all!
