Rules for each Fractal Challenge

Please Note the NEW RULES


IF YOU POST AN IMAGE IN THE CHALLENGE, YOU MUST ALSO VOTE, IT IS ONLY COMMON COURTESTY TO FELLOW MEMBERS WHO ALSO ENTERED AND VOTED.


Next New rule as you can see you no longer have to use 2 different programs to enter the challenge you may now use the same program for your 2 images unless of course you choose to use a second fractal program


please be sure you list the name of the Fractal program you used in making your image for the challenge




1. Max 2 images/user
2. You can use the same fractal program for your 2 images (1 program for 2 images if you so choose . You do not have to use different programs

3. The only post processing with a image editor that is allowed are color/brightness/contrast adjustments
(You are of cause allowed to add a frame and signature with your image editor)
4. An image that has been entered for the challenge has to:
A) Be a new/unpublished image - designed especially for the challenge
B) The image cannot be posted to any other site (that is, where it can be viewed by the public) until the voting at InnerTraveler is over.
And if any image is then PROVED beyond doubt to be breaking these simple rules, it is removed from the challenge.
5. Post your Fractal Challenge image/s in the Fractal Challenge Gallery
6. You have 21 days to post your entries after the challenge starts
7. 22 days after the challenge start the voting begins
8. You have 5 days on you to vote,
Name, Image Title and Points (5 points for 1st, 3 points for 2nd and 1 point for 3rd).
9. The winner of the challenge choose the topic of the next challenge
and are also allowed to change rule 1., rule 2. and rule 3.
10. If you post an image in the FRACTAL challenge you must also vote in that challenge

These Rules will apply to every Fractal Challenge

I would like to see the name of the program used - make it a rule .
some post with no program named .
and no work with a image editor - that is allowed are color/brightness/contrast adjustments
if you can't do it in the program - its should not be allow .

Read the rules::: you are allowed to do color/brightness/contrast adjustments ....As for listing the Fractal program name good point but making it a rule I can't see that point just a common courtesy says you should say what Fractal program was used.

My point CL is we should not allow work with a image editor - color/brightness/contrast adjustments if you can't do it in the program - its should not be allow .
guess I was not clear - sorry

And the winner should post the code for the pic so we all can learn from it .

I know what your point is but these were rules set and approved by Admin. which I do believe everyone does or should do it IS NOT changing an image only enhancing it, still not sure what you mean about code
unless you are referring to the flame file she used. just hang on we'll get to scripts soon which is in the Share You Tips and Tricks forum is where scripts or technique should be addressed first. I do plan on many new things in the future but one thing at a time..
