Hi,
I' m using PD pro since it was projekt dogwaffle - this program has some unique effekts/filters and I think its not so expensive (the upgrade from dogwaffle 2.5 to PD 3 about 20 $ and the upgrades to 3.2 and now 3.5 is free for registred user)
Take a look at the official side. The autor Dan Ritchie is artist too!

Its a good program - I remember when it was free ( version 1.2 is still free ) - the new version for $97 to me is to high - with all of the free art programs out ( gimp - etc. ) .

If i was going to spend $100 it would be in running . No ? about that .
I would chose it over photoshop or paintshop pro any time !!!

Hi,
jap, Classylady, the program now is called P(rojekt)D(ogwaffle) pro(fessional) - I think that Dan Ritchie did it because the name was too unclear for a grafic program... since Version 3.0 it is called so, but I must say that I'm not using it for my pictures and the reason maybe that Photoshop or Painter are better known for me... (hope you got what I mean with the last sentence). I can understand when you feel lost with this program because the training curve in the beginning is high until you get a good skill.
