2. :rollypoll
(I worked at one layer, in Painter, acryl brush 3-4size. If you use Poser, it give big help for anatomy, and other stuff.. i'm often steal poses, and anatomy knowledge from Ooser. You can develop yourself, if you have no model at hand.

3. shading, colours :rollypoll
This is my favourite part.
I used just 3 colours at this piece, but if you want make realistic skintones, you will need at least 5 colours.
i used pink, red, and brown.
I attach my palette too, what i use usually, i hope you will find it useful
I used Blending tool- Just add water.

4-5-6-500000. Details, shades, more details

I used same colour for the silk, like her skintones, and dark brown for deeper shadows. Becouse it was a doodlie, and collecting experiement, i din't really care about some stuff (how fall the silk, the lighting), just do it :)

Tricky part on.
The textureing.
I didn't finish the picture,, becouse i bored it. As you see, her hands, and legfingers, and her hair is not too detailed
I choosen a green colour worlded painted texture, and set it as OVERLAY.
As you see, the shadows are deeper, and many little thing changed

Textureing Continue :juggle:
After than i recognised, something is miss in our colour world, and i choosen a light brown texture, and sat it as SOFT LIGHT.

Yeah, much better

Oh yes, so did I!! And the other one "Another Texturing Tutorial" comes up with an option to save it as a .rar file.

Sade, I don't think these can help us very much, but your own tut is great just the same.

Ohh excellent walkthrough, sade! Thanks for sharing.. And I love the picture too!

EDIT: I've removed any references I've made, or that have been made prior or subsequently, to other programs such as Poser, as this is not the purpose of this string.

Thanks for understanding.

Something I'd like to know sade.. Did you make your texture, or is it a filter, or what? I've been looking for something like it, but can't find anything...

Great walkthrough, sade, very helpful! I keep wanting to try to paint hair, but it scares me off. Maybe this will give me courage to try again!

Excellent walkthrough of a work in progress! All the different changes with each step. I too found the face change interesting - and a bit amusing - suddenly the face was gone! It made me think of me and i believe many artists when not satisfied with something - just blank it and start over! The final face is muchmore interesting, and it was a good decision. Thanks so much for sharing this with us!
