I checked with the software company and they said, there is currently no way to view other people's personal favorites, but they will consider this enhancement for a future version.
Another great idea you had Carolyn! :chorus:

I think as the site grows, it would be also be an advantage to be able to have the option if you want to be notified right away or not at all.
And while I am at it, how about an official news letter with IT's header on it.
lol aren't you sorry I make suggestions???:blowkiss:

A newsletter! That would be nice - listing all of the current month's challenges and due dates maybe?
Great idea!

You now have the option of being notified immediately if someone comments on your picture, or to a thread in one of the forums. You simply have to set your personal preferences to allow this.
As for a newsletter, that's a great idea -- a bit ambitious -- but a great idea.
Who would be willing to undertake this project?

We already have a newsletter of a sort, although not with IT's logo on it, as it's still in the text format stage. Unfortunately I can't volunteer, I'm just a tad busy at the moment. ;)

We do send out a monthly "newletter" outlining challanges that are running, starting or ending and any site news. Presently I do that, and it is a straightforward text message using the Vbulletin "send email to users" option. Is there any way, as Carolyn suggested, of making it more "visually" stimulating, of perhaps adding images and a site header?:work:

Hi Angela,
I'll look into ways to dress up the newsletter.

Thanks Glenn this is really Carolyn sorry lost my computer so on Ron's
I just think it would be a good advertising tool also plus look more professional.
If you need a volunteer for the news letter I'll do it for you, just let me know what format you want it in and what colors, I can send samples to you for approval, may have to wait till I get my computer up and running though unless I can figure Ron's computer out (his devil computer)
Thanks again Glenn
I'd better give Ron's computer back to him
Thanks
Carolyn:blowkiss:

First off, I've been guilty of a major oversight. I want to apologize to Angela (Engel47), for not expressing a big fat BRAVO!!! for thinking up, initiating, and maintaining the "newsletter" that's now in place.
This is her baby, and I defer to her in this matter. I may make suggestions, but I must say, that when I was away and received my first little "newsletter" (as a member of Innertraveler), it warmed me with pride. These emailed messages from Angela are concise, clear, and all have radiated professionalism, as well as enthusiasm.
Thank you, Angela!
