What is the difference between a member and a registered user???

I was just wondering...also, it shows me as moderator in the Artmatic Forum but it says registered user under my avatar...maybe that's normal...I have no way of knowing, maybe I need to post more messages or something...we'll see...anyway, all this stuff is just me being my old curious self...normal for me...lol
