Wich kind of Format ?
I load a .mp4 - no
i load a .swf - no

i´m not able to find information about this

my .swf has 16KB
i think i´m able to load the little animation as a .mov but than the file became 2300KB
You should do something for the ability of .swf uploads

Have you emailed admin about this? I'm sure it won't be too hard to add those two formats into IT, all it takes is an email requesting it.
