Don't faint, don't pass out but I had to share cause I'm tickled pink and so dang excited and had to share with you all.
As some know I'm getting some of my pictures ready for my first Art Show. It's a juried show so there will be judges and I'm scared witless and everything has to be perfection. I took three of my pictures in to have them blown up and printed on foam board. (Staples did an amazing job!!!-- my son works there as tech support so I get a bit of a discount) anywho.........
They kept them out and up to show folks ... great groups of people there and some lady saw my 'Apaloosa' and asked about it and if it was for sale... the young man said he would contact me and guess what... I SOLD IT!!!!!! Can you die, I'm in shock and grinning like a crazy loon.....
Anywho had to share and now even if I don't get a single honorable mention in the Art Show, all this was OMG so worth it .... :) yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee lol.
Again, you all are my best critics and have supported me so much and encouraged me and I had to share... Like I've always said my stuff is 'doodles' but ... I say that more like a person would give their kids pet names cause I know it's good, just doubt myself as most artists do ... and you all have done nothing but encourage and cheer me on... for that, I can't thank you all enough...
