I am just wondering

How many of us play with Bryce

What do you create

Realistic,Fantasy.....Landscapes pictures

Humorous pictures

Abstracts pictures

Modelling in Bryce

surrealistic pictures

our others........

Do you use Bryce only for the Bryce challenge.

Most of my pictures are abstracts, can still not do a realistic landscape in Bryce.

interesting question(s), Chris. I'm using Bryce like every program I have (C4D, Max, Maya, Rhino, Carrara, Poser, Modo, Amapi, Sketchup, Shade, Silo, ZBrush, Vue, Mojoworld, XenoDream, Apophysis, Terragen, Ultrafractal, Photoshop, Illustrator, NOF, Freehand, Fireworks, Corel, Xara, PSP, Painter, PD pro, Sketch Book, worldmachine, dreamweaver, flash, Fantamorph, Swish3D, Hexagon, Chaoscope... ) for only one little thing:

having fun, gettin' what I want, feeling free

the programs I use to earn a little money beside my job are all registered.

Yes having fun is most important,But still wondering who use Bryce mostly when he/she plays with computer programs

I must find Bryce Pictures so if I have a few names will be simple for me,ok I confess,ik am lazy:D
it is for Bryce pic&artist of the month
I know a few members but not all :cries:

I do a little bit of Brycing, not much. Until now I spend my time getting to know Ultra fractal better. The few pic's I made in Bryce are desolate seascapes with a touch of surrealism.

I am a great fan of surrealism; artists like René Magrite, Max Ernst and Dali have my absolute admiration!:wow:

I have Bryce4, I saw a link you gave me but it seems to be a real difficult software...

Mostly when I use bryce I do landscapes... Sometimes I play around with it and try abstracts but Im not to good at those. Unfortunetly or fortunetly maybe, I haven't put bryce back in my computer after the last reformat. I think Im going to give that part of my work a rest. I don't really do real well with it so no since in using it or having it take up space. But I do like what others produce on it.

Just got to a friends puter..so..here is my post for now!
I am an avid Bryce user..it is the main software that I use and all others are
an extension for me to improve or add to my Bryce work. Yes..there is a learning curve involved..but it does get easier as you use it..If you think Bryce is complicated take a look at Lightwave or Truespace..they are giving me fits!
Bryce can do so much...just about any type of artform can be produced with it..although some postwork is usually needed...depending on the image you are creating. For all of you that are a bit 'intimidated' by Bryce..just stick with it..there are lots of free tuts on the web..and once you get comfy with it..you will love it..guaranteed!
Keep creating, gang!
will be back online in about 2 weeks, hopefully..all settled in by then..maybe!

Hi Friend :)

Nice for me to see you back here :)

I tried with bryce but I was completly lost..., I really don't know the possibilities of Bryce: are Bryce en Vue nearly the same softwares?

I prefer Bryce,I can not work with Vue not easy,I have search tuts for Vue but it does'n work for me,same with Poser and a lot of other programs too,so I enjoy what other members can do with all those programs.

Bryce tuts also if you just start with bryce (beginners Robin Wood Bryce Tutorials very good explained) here (http://www.innertraveler.com/messagecenter/showthread.php?t=1670)

Like Lior - I have Bryce (as you know :)) but find it difficult to get on with!! I prefer Poser and find Poser much easier to use :)

I LOVE Bryce. Continually learning new things about it. I have Poser, but got it only to make figures so my Bryce scenes would have some "life". When Bryce 5.5 came along so importing of those figures was easy, I was in heaven.

Gosh, if I can learn to make Bryce images, anyone can. :-)) And BTW, I hate doing tutorials....mostly just play until I get something I like. Then try to remember how I did it. LOL
