200 kb file limit to upload?

I'm a bit surprised :(
Was trying to upload my last rendering, same I uploaded at RR, but got as for answer the file is too big. And is written I can upload 200 kb?? I went to delete an image of my own thinking to give more space to my stuff to upload, but nothing changed.
I understand things must change because now we are many, but 200 kb is real not much - an image should loose real much :(

it with much embarrasment that I reply to you - I don't know what is happening with this. This only came to light yesterday and the Moderators are as much in the dark as you are yourself. We hope it is a glitch in the system but until we get a definate answer from the Admin of the site we simply don't know. Hopefully we will all be informed soon.

I understand it Engel, don't be worried :)
I thought was a moderator or owner decision. I know there's could be some problem with hosting, reasons could be many. I'll wait to upload new ones, don't be embarassed... and thanks for your kind answer :)
