I am a beginner of doing this, but its a lot of fun.
I start by chosing photos that could be suitable to mix.
I use Photoshop elements 4 and makes a selection with a feather around 50 pixels copy that and paste it on to the other picture, then starts by using the eraser with various opacity and size of brushes (zoom in close). When I am satisfied with that (the contour) Maybe a colour, sharpness or blur adjustment on each layers to make them match. I make it into one layer and starts with the healing and cloning brush until I am satisfied. After that adjusting contrast and levels to your liking.
Good luck and have fun.

These are incredible, and that's a whacky site too! "Martin" seems to imply that those are his morphs on there.

It all looks like a horrible mistake in genetic engineering, although some of them are hilariously funny!

Clever stuff!

I couldn't get the second site to open either. But your work is fantastic. It really takes a great imagination to put together the things you do! Keep working at it!! I want to see more :)
