This thread is intended for people to post links to any useful tutorials and links for downloading useful textures for people to use. It's only a VERY small list of what can be gotten out there, but they're ones I've found particularly useful. They're in no particular order and most of the textures are free for non commercial use.
Note that some of these sites specify that the textures are free only if used for non-comercial purposes. Please respect the copyright issues at each site.
