simple bryce question

I have purchased the 6.1 version of Bryce today... on my systray and above the menue line only 'Bryce 6.0' appears... is this ok?

Yes it is. So long as you have the new splash screen then you have the upgrade. Don't ask me why DAZ didn't change it because I don't know - but the same thing happened with Bryce 5 and 5.1 with Corel

Another way to tell is the Very Different IBL Room. It actually looks the same with some very Nice Improvements, also when you start to render go to your task manager window and set Bryce as "HIGH PRIORITY" and it will definately render faster. :nod:
