Here is an old tutorial I made .. it takes the poser user from start to finish making a picture...

It starts by telling you how to use poser and how to put figures in and to add cloths and hair , change textures etc.... then at the end of that there is a link to another tutorial ... it tells you how to finish a picture in photoshop.. I'll give both links..
