I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this. It is my understanding that this program (True Space) is now free...no restrictions, etc. Microsoft is ending it's support, so it's being offered to anyone who wants it.(but you'd probably better hurry before they yank it) I forgot to get the download link, but I can. I don't have a clue about it though. Is this like Vue or Bryce? Does anyone know if it's worth the download on a slow dial up?

Very fine program . Big file to download ( about 300m to get every thing you need to start ( program , help file , video files which you should get for sure ) - then there are a lot of other stuff if you want .

Its more like Carrara - does a little of every thing .

Hi,

this is one of the programs I haven't played with until now... the download takes only a few minutes because of the wide bandwidth (more than 1MB/sec) using Q.R.s link.

Now I have tested it: the program takes quite a long time to launch and than its imo not very user friendly... you can download a Beta 8 (!) version and than the producers have give up never bringing out the final one... I have deinstalled it after a short time nowing that my 3D programs are realy much better! Anyway, maybe someelse will find a positive aspect using this dead born beta-version.
