Nevada is one state in from the pacific coast of the US and Reno is right in the bend of California, right next to Lake Tahoe...known for gambling and the nightlife....in that it has in common many things with Las Vegas, also in Nevada...I like Reno better because of the scenery....just a personal choice though... a lot to be said for either city...
