Maybe its about time I introduced myself properly, not just posting pics
My real name is Göran I am born in 1962 and I live in the south of Sweden in a town called Kalmar together with my German shephard "Elli".
I am a recovering drugaddict, been clean since the 20th of may 2000 (don´t drink either).
Started with 3D in 2001 and got a healthier addiction ;)
I use Vue and Poser, Photoshop, Photoimpact and Paint shop pro for postwork. I don´t make any models of my own (yet).
I also takes some photos with my digital camera Canon PS A200.
I am member of a couple of other 3D-forums on the web and has just been moderator at one of them.
My largest gallery is at Renderosity (http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/browse.php?username=GoranForsberg) please make a visit.
I would take the opportunity to thank you all for your nice comments on my renders, they mean a lot for me :)

Hey there, thanks for posting up your bio, I've really enjoyed viewing some of your works, especially those of the underwater scenes. You've got a real talent, and great courage to be where you are today. Looking forward to your latest works of art.

Goran, I'm sorry to only just have seen this when you posted it in March of 2005!! (I guess that's why I missed it!)
I admire you for being able to speak out where you have come from, and the fact that you have maintained this recovery is wonderful - I know only too well, because my daughter was a drug addict for 13 years until she finally came clean in a detox unit inside a prison nearly 3 years ago. She thought she'd reached her "rock bottom" so many times, but there were still more to try out! Now she is in her final year of studying for her Diploma in Person-Centered Counselling. She has a strong testimony to go with her life and is a wonderful young woman now!
It's so true we go from one addiction to another, but as you say, some are better than others lol! Some can even be constructive, and I think what you do is just that - it brings joy and pleasure to others to see your wonderful creations!
It's lovely to have you as one of our moderators too! Be blessed! Nicky.

Great news, and I'll certainly pass on your good wishes to my daughter - you will be an inspiration to her, because it's such a very few people who manage to break free and stay free...
