Your Best Work - Your Choice

You must used at least 1 each of the following: V3 M3 and a Daz animal. The animal can be a toon one, and if using a Toon animal then it does not have to be from Daz if you don't have one of theirs.
No post work in any type of other program.
No rendering in Bryce, or Vue or any other type of program.

Straight Poser or straight Daz Studio (mention in description which was used).

Have Fun and Be Creative

You may post 2 images and they can be on any subject - whatever you feel is your best work.

Challenge runs till the 24th and then voting will begin.

Okay everyone its a free for all. lol... if you do not have any animals try rendo or even 3dC free stuff I will try to list a link if anyone needs one. In her original message Carolyn said at least 1 each of the following: V3, M3, and a Daz animal One each - so you have to use at least 1 V3, 1 M3 and 1 animal, making a total of a minimum of 3 characters in your image.

You can of couse use more than one of each if you wish :D

Ron pretty well already did sure any animal does not have to be a daz one and it can be a toon one also, I know 3dc has a baby whale free right but I think most do have some type of animal..



Miriah goes check a few sites out there are tons for M3 even if its shorts darn I saw one today like swim trunks If you can't find clothes at rendo try poser pros or 3Dazposer pros for 2.49 in the pro club but I am sure you can find something or like you said lol hide him.

Plus as everyone knows V3 and M3 are both free at Daz

Getting all three characters in a pic isn't the problem its having to do it straight poser. See my poser likes to freeze up sometimes when I get more than one character. I think i have the problem corrected but Im not sure. Well I'll try I just wish I could do it the way Im used to and thats one character at a time saved png and put on bg later. would work so much better for me!

try doing one character at a time putting in a background with the first character save as a pz3 reboot bring it back add the second one and repeat

you can do anything you want your image to be, that was the point a free spirit type image something you like to create. I would image it is way to late to change any rules.

And here I thought this would give everyone a chance to do thier best work what they like.. guess I was wrong. :o :(

C'mon folks - carolyn has set the challenge and the rules, they are fairly simple and as there is no "theme" as such so you can render whatever takes your fancy. :gallery:

Lou Anne, I would reckon that Carolyn's suggestion should work, and doing it this way pushes the boundaries a little, and makes people think a bit harder about what they are actually going to do in poser, there being no postwork allowed. Lets see what Poser is really capable of! Have a go and see how you get on - you can always post any questions here - and of course WIP's for critcial appraisal if you you so wish.

Q.R (and anyone else interested)- go to this site: ISOP (http://iso.power.ne.jp/) click on Projects - then on Michael - there are 2 superb suits for M3 - the Casablanca suit and the NY suit (you need the casablanca "Burning Heart" suit as the NY suit is an "addon") and make sure you get both sets of textures as well.

Thanks Angie for the heads up on the dragon, unfortunetly I downloaded him, the poses and textures. But the poses don't work on him at all. He's a lovely dragon if you want him posed one way. I couldn't get him to work at all. :(

I use the Blacksmith dragon all the time. You have to turn him with the parameter dials. Not exactly posable, but you do get enough different views and angles to make him workable. It also takes well to different textures. I wish his poses worked. He'd be great then.

Thanks for all the links Angie I did notice on the dragon it did say non posible yet as everyone knows there were poses available for him.

Miriah whether you use M3 it will fit him with or without morphs I'd get it heck never know when you may need him Ron also said there are v3 cloths there

The suit itself can be used on a un morphed Mike!! I reckon that leaving his body as it is should be fine - and a bit of dial twiddling can probably change his face a bit, so go for it girl!! And as carolyn said, grab 'em while you can - as with a lot of free stuff it is normally available for a limited time only, and who knows, one day you may wish you had downloaded it when you had the chance. And yes, there is stuff for V3 there as well. All in all, everything you need to make sure that Mike and Vickie are presentable :o

I went to ISOP and got that suit. Last time I was there probably a year or more ago the suit was for Michael Now its for M3 which is good. Theres also textures and a site you can go to for more textures for it. Also theres a texture for M3 at the second site. Gonna try them today see how they work. :) thanks

Awwwwwww, yer just a bunch of prudes. *giggles* I did pass up a wonderful download for V3 once and now i can't find the link. I've been kicking myself ever since. The problem is this....slow dial up, limited online time. if I fool with downloads, then I don't get to visit here. LOL I tend to come here. Sooooo, I guess I'll head over there and see what I can find to play with. if i don't show up in a few days, come looking for me! :D

Also theres a texture for M3 at the second site Lou Ann - can you point us to it - I cannot find an M3 texture at the Jezz site - I asume that's where you meant?

Nope - on that page (at link provided) are the suit textures the new NY suit and a face file for M3 RR and it says:

・This is not realistic male character.
・BodyTexture is not included.

I have checked all the pages on the site - no M3 Texture to be found. Darn!
