a visual guide :D
As there appears to be some confusion on using the forums here is a visual guide.
1) The main Forum page. This is what you see.

2) Hover over the title of the last post and you can see from the fly out that clicking that will take you to the first unread post in that particular thread (and only that thread) you can also see who made that last post and on what date.

3) The main page for the forum you are interested in - Clicking on the actual name of the forum (left side of the page) will take you to the main page for that forum - so here we clicked on the word Poser, and you are taken to the "front" of the poser forum where all the threads in that forum are listed - Sticky threads at the top:

4) Want to see more posts than are displayed (if there are more available) - go to the botton of the "front" page and you will find drop down lists, from those you can choose to view posts right from the "beginning" and will then see every thread and post and that has been posted to that forum!

After clicking post new thread (or Reply to Thread) you have this box that you do your typing in - Have a look at the screen shot - see the big black arrow pointing to the scroll bar on the right of the screen?

Scroll down and if you hover over the button Manage Attachements you will see that it says "click here to add or edit files attached to this message" click that button.

and you get a new window where you can now click on "Browse" and navigate to the folder on your computer where the image you want to upload is stored.

so you do just that - find the image you want to upload.

select the image you want to upload - click open and then click upload.

if the upload is ok - i.e the image was not too large you will see this:
BTW if the file is too large a message will appear after clicking upload telling you the maximum size the image can be so that you can resize it to fit the parameters.
Now all you have to do is click close window - continue typing if you had not finished - and then click submit and there you go.
You can also add an image in the same way if you wished to an existing post - by clicking on the edit button you get the same "Additional Options" if you scroll down, and you can add an image.

And if you want to change the way that the forum threads are displayed you can do the following:
Go to the grey bar at the top of the page - on the far left you will see "User CP" (User Control Panel) - Click that - now on the left you will see the "Control Panel" click on "Edit Options" now scroll down to the "Thread Display Options" here you can set "Linear - Oldest First" which is default, so the oldest post in a thread is the one that shows first - if you change that to "Linear - Newest First" then the first post in the thread will be the most recent one that has been posted. In the same area you can also set how many posts you want to see per page, from Default you can set it to anywhere from 5 posts per page to 40. You can also set the thread age cut off - that is, if you only want to see recent threads you can set it to just posts from today, posts from the last 2 days, posts from the last week, right up to all posts in the thread from the very 1st post!.

Its still happening.
Try this, click my Profile button. Then click find all threads by QTPie. Then try to search from page 2 on and see if you can replicate it.
Its hard to use peoples words against them when you cant use the search feature.
